Turnaround

Standard lab turnaround is often available in about 24 hours, with rush options sometimes available depending on lab capacity, sample type, time of sampling, and project timing. We confirm expected turnaround when we schedule the inspection.

How fast can you get on-site?

Call us with the address and we'll confirm scheduling. Rush windows are available for time-sensitive projects.

Do you provide NESHAP-formatted reports?

Yes. Our pre-demolition reports are formatted for filing with MassDEP and federal NESHAP under 40 CFR Part 61 Subpart M.

Can you bill the owner or carrier directly?

Yes. We support direct billing to property owners, GCs, mitigation companies, and insurance carriers with a signed authorization.
