Frequently asked questions
Can you bill the carrier or TPA directly?
Yes. With a signed authorization including claim number and adjuster contact, we bill the carrier, TPA, or mitigation company directly.
Do you coordinate with mitigation and restoration contractors?
Yes. That coordination is built into our intake. Tell us who's on-site and we'll handle the scheduling.
Do your reports hold up in the claim file?
All reports use accredited PLM analysis (EPA 600/R-93/116) with full chain-of-custody and inspector certification, the documentation standard carriers expect.
